Carmen  and the Chocolate Zoom Team have been working relentlessly on the magazine since May 2006 trying to bring you the latest news and trends in the cacao industry, review stores and collections of bonbons, interview the masters of the ganache and suggest you gift ideas for the loved ones.

Carmen’s passion for the sweet temptation and the magazine readers’ suggestions have prompted the New York Chocolate Tours™ idea, which started to materialize in August 2006. We talked to some of the best chocolatiers out there and so, we designed a tour that would stir your senses combining a drop of fantasy, a dash of stylish adventure and a full spoon of great taste.
